Is there an electrician who can donate a few hours in Kanpur?
Ankit has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning, and can't afford a licensed electrician to fix it; a few hours of professional help would make the home safe.

In August an inspector told me that my home has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $450 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed electrician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $45.
The job should take about six hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're an electrician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Stay strong, Ankit. Shared it with a few friends. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Greetings from Bacoor!
