Looking for a licensed electrician in Aurangabad to donate time or work at cost.

In May an inspector told me that my home has dangerous exposed wiring in two rooms. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $470 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed electrician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $15.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're an electrician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you for reading my story.

wishing you the best, Swapnil. Shared this with my family. Put this on a community board in Aurangabad this morning. Take care.
Thinking of you. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Love from Kyiv.
