Cox's Bazar
In August an inspector told me that my home has a failed boiler with no heating. It's a safety risk for me and my newborn. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $290 are beyond us. I'm looking for a licensed roofer who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $10. The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request. If you're a roofer and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it. Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Best of luck. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. I have a 11 year old who wants to send good wishes too.

    • Keep going. Looking forward to the next update. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Love from Grand Rapids

      • Best of luck, Tania. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. After 8 years in hospitality I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Love from San Antonio
