Is there a plumber who can donate a few hours in Saint-Denis?
Martine has a leaking gas line, and can't afford a licensed plumber to fix it; a few hours of professional help would make the home safe.

In August an inspector told me that my home has a leaking gas line. It's a safety risk for me and my newborn. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $500 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed plumber who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $170.
The job should take about four hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a plumber and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Good luck, Martine. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. I'll check back for the next update. Blessings
Rooting for you, Martine. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'll check back for the next update.
