Is there a HVAC technician who can donate a few hours in Tangier?
Michel has a leaking gas line, and cannot afford a licensed HVAC technician to fix it; a few hours of professional help would make the home safe.

In August an inspector told me that my home has a leaking gas line. It's a safety risk for me and my two small children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $450 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $35.
The job should take about three hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

you're not alone, Michel. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better
Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend
Hope things get better soon. Shared this with my family. Thinking of Tangier.
