Help Tania save Nala - surgery needed

Nala is my three-legged dog of nine years. On 25 March we rushed to the Dwarka Emergency Vet Clinic with bloat. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $450. They have stabilized Nala, but the treatment can't wait beyond June. Nala is more than a pet - Nala is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $20 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
