Is there a gas fitter who can donate a few hours in Cologne?
A gas fitter is needed to repair a burst pipe behind the wall at the home of a family of 4.

In August an inspector told me that my home has a burst pipe behind the wall. It's a safety risk for me and my three children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $2,200 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed gas fitter who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $145.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a gas fitter and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Hope things get better soon. Gave what I could, wish it was more. It's not much but it's yours. Love from Gwagwalada.
Sending strength, Franziska. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. Blessings.
