Emergency vet bill for Archie in Mumbai
A tabby kitten named Archie needs an operation to remove the blockage - a $500 bill the family can't cover.

Archie is my tabby kitten of six years. On 13 May we rushed to Mumbai Animal Hospital with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $500.
They have stabilized Archie, but the treatment can't wait beyond July.
Archie is more than a pet - Archie got me through my hardest year. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Mumbai Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $500 goes:
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $110
• Medication and follow-up visits: $35
• Emergency surgery: $355
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Keep going, Latha. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I went through something like this 13 years ago and strangers helped me out. All the best.
