Independence for Uğur: pair of hearing aids

I live with cerebral palsy. My occupational therapist at the Üsküdar Mobility Clinic has assessed me and recommended a pair of hearing aids. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,850. My current equipment is 10 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 3 weeks. With the right equipment I could go outside without waiting for someone to push. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
