I live with an amputation below the knee. My occupational therapist at the Mumbai Rehabilitation Centre has assessed me and recommended a communication tablet with eye tracking. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $100. My current equipment is 11 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 8 weeks. With the right equipment I could join the school sports day. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing. Where the $100 goes: • First-year servicing plan: $25 • Fitting and training sessions: $35 • Delivery and set-up: $40 I hope life is good to you.

Updates from Shilpa

  1. 72% there. I made the first payment toward fitting and training sessions. Thank you. - Shilpa

  2. We're at 27% thanks to 1 of you. the plan for delivery and set-up is now scheduled. More news soon.
