Gianna needs a pair of hearing aids that the health system won't fund; the cost is $4,450.

Gianna lives with a rare neuromuscular condition. The occupational therapist at the San Jose Mobility Clinic has assessed her and recommended a pair of hearing aids. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $4,450.
Her current equipment is 9 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 10 weeks.
With the right equipment Gianna could go outside without waiting for someone to push. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.

It's all in the list in the story. delivery and set-up is the big one at $75, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. Fair thing to want to know.
