I'm launching a small online shop in Lagos next October. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out. I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a small online shop, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers. If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it. I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

        • You're not alone. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. After 10 years in logistics I know how hard it's to ask for anything. God bless

I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. After 29 years in retail I know how hard it's to ask for anything. God bless.
