I'm caring for my father, who's 81. After the death of his spouse Roman can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Roman desperately wants to stay at home. I work 40 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer. Roman worked all of his life as a factory worker, and raised 3 children.
