Home care fund for Ravi in Prayagraj
Ravi, 96, needs daily care to stay at home, and the family is raising $750 for a carer and medicines.

I'm caring for my father, who's 96. After a diagnosis of dementia Ravi can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Ravi desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 50 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Ravi worked all of his life as a nurse, and raised 5 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for three months will make a huge difference.
The carer will be employed through a registered agency and paid directly. I'll share the agency invoices.
Where the $750 goes:
• Part-time carer (three months): $550
• Medication and prescriptions: $120
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $45
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $35
