Home care fund for Ji-min in Shreveport

I'm caring for my mother, who's 87. After a heart attack Ji-min can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Ji-min desperately wants to stay at home. I work 30 hours a week and have cut back to look after her, but we need a part-time carer. Ji-min worked all of her life as a nurse, and raised 2 children.
