I'm caring for me, who's 87. After a fall and hip fracture Hamza can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Hamza desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 30 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Hamza worked all of his life as a seamstress, and raised 3 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for eight months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.

• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $50
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $45
• Part-time carer (eight months): $505
