Home care fund for Eri in Shinjuku
Eri can't afford the care She needs after the death of her spouse; we're asking for $1,150.

I'm caring for my mother, who's 78. After the death of her spouse Eri can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Eri desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 40 hours a week and have cut back to look after her, but we need a part-time carer.
Eri worked all of her life as a carpenter, and raised 5 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for six months will make a huge difference.
The carer will be employed through a registered agency and paid directly. I'll share the agency invoices.
Where the $1,150 goes:
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $350
• Medication and prescriptions: $580
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $220

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Eri.
The list at the bottom is the whole picture. mobility aids and bathroom adaptations is the biggest at $350. Fair thing to want to know.
