Home care fund for Abdul in Siliguri
Abdul, 91, needs daily care to stay at home, and the family is raising $200 for a carer and medicines.

I'm caring for my father, who's 91. After a fall and hip fracture Abdul can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Abdul desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 40 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Abdul worked all of his life as a schoolteacher, and raised 3 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for six months will make a huge difference.
Funds cover the carer's wages, medicines, a hospital bed rental and incontinence supplies.
Where the $200 goes:
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $45
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $70
• Medication and prescriptions: $85
