Ginger is my cat of thirteen years. On 20 July we rushed to the Galle Emergency Vet Clinic with pyometra. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Ginger, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Ginger is more than a pet - Ginger is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to the Galle Emergency Vet Clinic and I'll share the invoice and an update on Ginger's recovery.
