Help Tuấn finish a master's in public health at Hồ Chí Minh City Polytechnic - $600 to go
Tuấn has worked and saved for four years to study a master's in public health; a $600 gap now stands between him and graduation.

Tuấn is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a master's in public health at Hồ Chí Minh City Polytechnic, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $600.
The registrar has said Tuấn can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Tuấn has a 3.6 average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Tuấn would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Tuấn isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Hồ Chí Minh City Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.

• Outstanding tuition balance: $165
• Final term tuition: $380
• Exam and lab fees: $15
• Textbooks and materials: $40
