Help Thomas with an overdue water bill before the rainy season
Help Thomas cover an overdue water bill so the household stays safe this the rainy season.

The water account is 4 months behind. Thomas received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless $950 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Thomas called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $170 first, which isn't available.
The household includes two young children, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Thomas is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $950 goes:
• Water arrears: $620
• Reconnection and late fees: $145
• Down payment on a payment plan: $185
