Help Sita get back to civilian life: housing deposit and training
Sita served eight years in the infantry; $250 would cover a vocational welding course and tools.

I served eight years in the infantry and was discharged in 2023 with hearing damage and PTSD. I have been waiting eleven months for support, and meanwhile I'm sleeping at my brother's place.
I have a plan: a vocational welding course and tools. The quote I have comes to $250.
I'm receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and am committed to my recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
I'd be grateful for any help and will share updates on how I'm doing.
I'll post invoices, with personal details hidden.
Where the $250 goes:
• Housing deposit and first month: $140
• Transport to appointments: $40
• Essential household items: $70
Thank you so much.
