Shweta is facing colon cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Shweta was diagnosed with colon cancer in January. The oncology team at Edinburgh Regional Medical Center has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in March. She will be away from work for about 4 weeks.
Shweta is 47, worked as a farmer until January, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Edinburgh Regional Medical Center 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
