Help Serkan with a gas fitter's skills: dangerous exposed wiring in two rooms
Serkan has dangerous exposed wiring in two rooms, and cannot afford a licensed gas fitter to fix it; a few hours of professional help would make the home safe.

In March an inspector told me that my home has dangerous exposed wiring in two rooms. It's a safety risk for me and my two small children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $560 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed gas fitter who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $60.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a gas fitter and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Keep going. Hope you get there. My neighbor in Salem donated after I showed her your page
thanks for sharing this. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. It's not much but it's yours. Thinking of Ankara
Hope it all works out, Serkan. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. My neighbor in Southampton donated after I showed her your page. All the best.
