Help Sakura finish a degree in civil engineering at the Tokyo Institute of Technology - $2,650 to go
A first-generation student, Sakura needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a degree in civil engineering.

Sakura is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a degree in civil engineering at the Tokyo Institute of Technology, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $2,650.
The registrar has said Sakura can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Sakura has a distinction average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Sakura would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Sakura isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $2,650 goes:
• Textbooks and materials: $260
• Final term tuition: $940
• Outstanding tuition balance: $1,450
