Rosa was diagnosed with a hernia that has become strangulated in April. The surgeon at Fresno Regional Medical Center recommended septoplasty, and She is scheduled for July. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $5,750, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $4,500 short.
