Help Romain keep the Neighbors' Pantry pantry stocked
Help keep a free food pantry open for neighbors in need in Toronto.

Since 2021, our volunteer team has run Neighbors' Pantry every Wednesday from the back of the parish hall. We started with 23 families, and now we feed 337 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 44% this winter, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 19 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Toronto market and keep every receipt.
Each $30 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $3,000 goes:
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $990
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $1,150
• Baby formula and diapers: $480
• Refrigeration and electricity: $380

Rooting for you, Romain. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Love from Ikeja.
Rooting for you, Romain. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. God bless.
Thanks for sharing this. Hope this works out for you. I went through something like this 14 years ago and strangers helped me out. All the best.
Best of luck. Shared it with a few friends. I have a 6 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Greetings from Newcastle upon Tyne.
