Rohan was diagnosed with prostate cancer in August. The oncology team at Pune University Hospital has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 12 weeks. Rohan is 33, worked as a bakery worker until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Pune University Hospital 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
