The electricity account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless I pay $300. I have never been late before losing my job in October. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $35 first, which I don't have. I live with an elderly mother, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
