Help Paula save Oscar - surgery needed
A three-legged dog named Oscar needs emergency surgery - a $1,300 bill the family can't cover.

Oscar is my three-legged dog of three years. On 2 September we rushed to the Madrid Emergency Vet Clinic with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $1,300.
They have stabilized Oscar, but the treatment can't wait beyond December.
Oscar is more than a pet - Oscar is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $140 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Madrid Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.

• Emergency surgery: $770
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $150
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $380
