Willow is my rabbit of thirteen years. On 6 May we rushed to San Antonio Veterinary Centre with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $2,650.
They have stabilized Willow, but the treatment can't wait beyond August.
Willow is more than a pet - Willow walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $270 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to San Antonio Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $2,650 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $1,300
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $690
• Medication and follow-up visits: $290
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $370
