Odhiambo is behind on electricity and water bills after a reduction in hours and needs $150 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. Odhiambo received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless $150 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Odhiambo called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Odhiambo is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Odhiambo's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.

The list at the bottom is the whole picture. water arrears is the biggest at $80. Fair thing to want to know.
