Help me finish a law degree at Naples State College - $3,250 to go

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a law degree at Naples State College, and I'm one term away from graduating. I have worked as a shop assistant to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $3,250.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.8 average, and my professor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Naples State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $3,250 goes:
• Final term tuition: $1,250
• Outstanding tuition balance: $1,900
• Exam and lab fees: $100

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Marco.
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. final term tuition comes first ($1,250) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Good question.
