Help Manisha restart a bicycle repair shop in Pune after a storm that collapsed the roof
Manisha lost a full set of tools to a storm that collapsed the roof and needs $450 to reopen a bicycle repair shop and support the family.

For nine years I have run a bicycle repair shop in Pune. In July, a storm that collapsed the roof took a full set of tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Wednesday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 12 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $450 goes:
• Replacing a full set of tools: $250
• Initial stock: spare parts: $85
• Shop repairs and licensing: $55
• Working capital for the first month: $60
Glad we found this place.

Good luck. Your post was clear and honest. My mother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.
Stay strong. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. All the best.
Rooting for you, Manisha. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Greetings from Lexington
