Help Manee save Poppy - surgery needed

Poppy is my dog of six years. On 17 December we rushed to the Khon Kaen Emergency Vet Clinic with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $500. They have stabilized Poppy, but the treatment can't wait beyond February. Poppy is more than a pet - Poppy walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $100 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
