Help Lucy through 4 rounds of treatment for cervical cancer
Supporting Lucy through cervical cancer: medication, transport to Kasarani Cancer Centre, and living costs while She can't work.

Lucy was diagnosed with cervical cancer in December. The oncology team at Kasarani Cancer Centre has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in March. She will be away from work for about 10 weeks.
Lucy is 36, worked as a cleaner at a hospital until December, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Kasarani Cancer Centre 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $1,500 goes:
• Transport to Kasarani Cancer Centre: $160
• Household costs while unable to work: $310
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $940
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $90
