The registrar has said Lincoln can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Lincoln has a top-ten-percent average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Lincoln would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
