Mocha is my three-legged dog of nine years. On 17 November we rushed to Hawassa Animal Hospital with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $100. They have stabilized Mocha, but the treatment can't wait beyond January. Mocha is more than a pet - Mocha walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $35 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Hawassa Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals. Where the $100 goes: • Hospitalization (2 nights): $50 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $30 • Medication and follow-up visits: $20 I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support. - Konjit
