Help Kevin through 12 rounds of treatment for prostate cancer
Supporting Kevin through prostate cancer: medication, transport to Aberdeen Regional Medical Center, and living costs while He can't work.
🇬🇧 Scotland, United Kingdom603 views
Kevin was diagnosed with prostate cancer in August. The oncology team at Aberdeen Regional Medical Center has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 3 weeks.
Kevin is 36, worked as a farmer until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Aberdeen Regional Medical Center 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $4,900 goes:
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $360
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $4,000
• Scans and lab work: $540
Thanks for reading all this.

Hope it all works out, Gerald. Hope the doctors have good news.
wishing Kevin a smooth procedure and a full recovery. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Mansoura.
Stay strong, Gerald. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier
