10 rounds of treatment are planned at the Vancouver Oncology Institute; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Kevin was diagnosed with cervical cancer in August. The oncology team at the Vancouver Oncology Institute has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 3 weeks. Kevin is 29, worked as a bakery worker until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Vancouver Oncology Institute 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $4,750 goes: • Scans and lab work: $1,650 • Household costs while unable to work: $1,200 • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $850 • Transport to the Vancouver Oncology Institute: $1,050 Thank you so much.

Updates from Aubree

  1. Thank you all. We're at 5% now ($238). I'm honestly stunned. the plan for household costs while unable to work is now scheduled.
