Help Kagiso with an overdue electricity bill before the rainy season

The electricity account is 3 months behind. Kagiso received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $200 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours. Kagiso called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available. The household includes a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home. Kagiso is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
