Help Isabella save Biscuit - surgery needed
A dog named Biscuit needs emergency surgery - a $950 bill the family can't cover.
Anywhere in the world319 views
Biscuit is my dog of eleven years. On 29 August we rushed to the London Emergency Vet Clinic with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $950.
They have stabilized Biscuit, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Biscuit is more than a pet - Biscuit is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $270 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the London Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $950 goes:
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $560
• Medication and follow-up visits: $120
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $270
I hope life is good to you.
