Help Ignacio get back to civilian life: housing deposit and training
Ignacio served four years in the navy; $5,900 would cover a trained service dog and handler course.

I served four years in the navy and was discharged in 2021 with hearing damage and PTSD. I have been waiting seven months for support, and meanwhile I'm sleeping at my brother's place.
I have a plan: a trained service dog and handler course. The quote I have comes to $5,900.
I'm receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and am committed to my recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
I'd be grateful for any help and will share updates on how I'm doing.
I'll post invoices, with personal details hidden.
Where the $5,900 goes:
• Training provider fees: $3,250
• Housing deposit and first month: $1,500
• Transport to appointments: $590
• Essential household items: $560
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
