Grzegorz was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma in February. The oncology team at Katowice University Hospital has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in June. He will be away from work for about 4 weeks. Grzegorz is 41, worked as a primary school teacher until February, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Katowice University Hospital 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
