The registrar has said Dong-hyun can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Dong-hyun has a 3.8 average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Dong-hyun would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
