Help Carmela finish an accounting degree at Quezon City Polytechnic - $750 to go
A first-generation student, Carmela needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of an accounting degree.

Carmela is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an accounting degree at Quezon City Polytechnic, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $750.
The registrar has said Carmela can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Carmela has a 3.8 average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Carmela would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Carmela isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Quezon City Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $750 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $440
• Final term tuition: $260
• Exam and lab fees: $50

you're not alone, Bryan. This could happen to any of us. Thinking of Quezon City.
So sorry you're going through this, Bryan. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Love from Seoul.
good luck. Shared it with a few friends. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
Wishing you the best, Bryan. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I went through something like this 2 years ago and strangers helped me out. Take care.
Take care, Bryan. Shared this with my family. Greetings from Medina
Stay strong, Bryan. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
Thinking of you, Bryan. Hope this works out for you!
