Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Mathilde pay $800

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on April unless I pay $800. I have never been late before losing my job in February.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $100 first, which I don't have.
I live with a newborn, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Mathilde.
