Help Anita save Max - surgery needed

Max is my three-legged dog of thirteen years. On 13 August we rushed to the Aurangabad Emergency Vet Clinic with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $150. They have stabilized Max, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Max is more than a pet - Max is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $35 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
