Help Andrew through 6 rounds of treatment for early-stage lung cancer
Andrew is facing early-stage lung cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Andrew was diagnosed with early-stage lung cancer in August. The oncology team at Gold Coast University Hospital has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in October. He will be away from work for about 6 weeks.
Andrew is 51, worked as a construction supervisor until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Gold Coast University Hospital 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $6,750 goes:
• Transport to Gold Coast University Hospital: $960
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $350
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $4,000
• Household costs while unable to work: $1,440
