Hari needs a prosthetic leg - help us make it happen
Help Hari get a prosthetic leg so He can speak with the people around him.
🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India1,057 views
I live with multiple sclerosis. My occupational therapist at the Mumbai Mobility Clinic has assessed me and recommended a prosthetic leg. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $850.
My current equipment is 14 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 6 weeks.
With the right equipment I could speak with the people around him. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
Where the $850 goes:
• prosthetic leg: $710
• Fitting and training sessions: $45
• Delivery and set-up: $30
• First-year servicing plan: $65
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Hope things get better soon, Hari. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Thinking of Mumbai.
